Graphtec Signjet Pro Jx1060 Driver
The sign shop should be able to tell you about the plotting language that this plotter understands. AutoCAD has several drivers for a.o. HPGL, HPGL/2, CalComp, HI, and can also work with Windows drivers. If this is a cutting plotter, my guess is that it will understand HPGL, if it's an inkjet device perhaps HPGL/2.

Try configuring v.14 for an HP750 or 755, and see if it will plot correctly. You will probably have better luck upgrading to A2K and installing the Graphtec System printer and print from that.
